Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to run TTfactory, we don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and you can ask us to delete everything anytime.

1. What we collect

  • Account info: email, name, gender, sexual orientation (you set these during onboarding).
  • Content you upload: screenshots, photos, pasted conversations, bios.
  • Usage data: which features you use, basic error logs. No granular behavior tracking.

2. Authentication

You can sign up with Google OAuth, Apple Sign In, or email/password. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before being stored — we never see your actual password.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us a customer ID and subscription status, nothing else.

4. How the AI works with your data

Your screenshots and text are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. According to Anthropic's policy, API inputs are not used to train their models and are not retained beyond what's needed to operate the service. We don't send your email, name, or identity to the AI — only the content you're asking it to analyze.

5. Public sharing (/share)

When you use the /share feature, the content becomes publicly viewable via a unique link. It stays public until you delete the share from your account. Don't share anything you don't want the world to see.

6. Cookies

We use two cookies: a NextAuth session cookie (to keep you logged in) and a language preference cookie. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.

7. We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever. The only third parties that receive data are the ones needed to run the service: Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payments), Google and Apple (if you sign in with them), DigitalOcean (hosting).

8. Hosting & location

Servers are hosted on DigitalOcean in Toronto, Canada.

9. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account or email us asking for deletion, we remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

10. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data anytime. Most of it is editable from your account settings. For full deletion or a copy of your data, email legal@ttfactory.pro.

TTfactory is operated from Québec, Canada, and complies with Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information). The person responsible for personal information is Michael Tremblay — reachable at the email above.
