Terms of Service

Welcome to TTfactory.pro. These terms set out the rules for using the service. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Operator: Michael Tremblay, Québec, Canada.

1. What TTfactory is

TTfactory.pro is an AI-powered assistant for dating communication. It analyzes screenshots, drafts replies, reviews profiles, and helps you practice conversations. It is a coaching tool — not a matchmaking service, not a guarantee of dates, matches, or relationships.

2. You must be 18+

You need to be at least 18 years old to use TTfactory. If you're younger, stop here and come back later.

3. The AI gives suggestions, not instructions

Everything the AI produces is a suggestion. You decide what to send, what to say, and what to do. You're responsible for your own behavior online and in real life. Don't send anything harassing, threatening, or illegal — and use common sense.

4. What you upload

When you upload a screenshot, photo, or paste a conversation, we send it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to analyze it. We don't share your uploads with other users or sell them. The only exception is content you explicitly choose to share via the /share feature — that content is public while the link is active, and you can delete it anytime.

Sharing someone else's profile: you must not share the roast or analysis of a profile that isn't yours without the consent of the person concerned. On public share pages, photos are automatically blurred to protect privacy, but that doesn't remove your responsibility to get consent.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe (monthly or annual depending on what you pick). You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current period, then stops. We don't do hidden charges or auto-renew tricks.

Refunds: if something broke on our end, email us and we'll make it right. Otherwise, cancellations stop future billing but don't refund the current period.

6. Service changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give notice for major changes, but we reserve the right to evolve the product.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use TTfactory to harass people, generate illegal content, scrape the service, or resell its output as your own product. We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always work, always be accurate, or lead to any specific outcome. To the maximum extent allowed by law, TTfactory and its operator aren't liable for indirect damages or lost opportunities tied to your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Any dispute goes to the courts of Québec.
